RETURN AND EXCHANGE

In accordance with Articles L 121-21 to L 121-21-8 of the Consumer Code, the consumer has a withdrawal period of 14 days from the conclusion of the contract.

RETURN TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• You have a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of your package to return it to us,
• Remind the reference of your order (available in your order confirmation emails) and your full name on free paper or download and print the return form right here .
• Return costs are your responsibility.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging.
• Items must be in new condition.
• Items must not have been worn, damaged or washed.
• Returns must be made via Colissimo, no return to a relay point or letter followed will be accepted.
• Perfume returns are not permitted, as they cannot be relisted.

EXCHANGE :

If you wish to exchange an item, you will be refunded in the form of a credit note, you will receive a voucher by e-mail to be used when placing your new order.

PROCESSING TIME FOR A RETURN PACKAGE:

Returns are processed within 14 days of receipt of your package, we will refund automatically.

Despite our extreme vigilance, it is possible that there is a product not in conformity with your order . Our team will try to take your complaint into account as soon as possible. A refund or an exchange can be made in this case. Opt for a simple Colissimo shipment to facilitate delivery. Don't forget to keep proof of deposit for tracking the package.

Any complaint made after the deadline cannot be taken into account.
